Statement
Reality is like a door without a key. It stands before you, but what lies behind is hidden. We can only peer through the keyhole. And there is the infinite complexity of existence, inaccessible to the finite human mind. It is impossible to grasp everything. It is only possible to approach the limit of knowing.
What drives me is the striving to narrow this gap. To do so, I create matrices of meaning. Their goal is to question the worldview by reaching a mental impasse. This is how the path to the unknown opens.
Attention is captured through color and form. Contradictory images generate tension. If the challenge is accepted, interpretation begins. Reason is joined by feeling and intuition. An encounter with oneself is the result. There is no guarantee of insight, revelation, or catharsis.
Indeed, the essence of things always eludes us. One can think for a long time and understand nothing. Look, but not see. In the moment when a mystery manifests, self-deception is replaced by confusion.
Life is short. Collision with the uncomfortable rouses anxiety. Falling asleep, we close our eyes. Opening them, we do not fully awaken. What matters is the search. Even if the search for an answer leads to new questions. Absolute knowledge, as a guiding star, is always distant and unattainable.
